Fair Competition Commission (TPC)
Functions:
- To police, investigate, advise or prosecute contravention against restrictive business practices in the economy, misuse of monopoly power of firms and unnecessary economic concentration of power of firms through mergers and acquisition.
- To promote further privatisation, deregulation, and related matters
in the economy.
- To educate the public on competition issues.
