False declaration, return or statement for the purpose of obtaining or assisting another person to obtain residence permits, passes, or certificates.
Alterations of any permit, certificate, pass, endorsement, or other authorization.
Permitting any permit, pass, certificate, and authorization to be used by another person not entitled to do so.
Use of forged permit, certificate, pass, or any similar document.
Failure to comply with any term or condition imposed in respect of any permit, certificate, or pass.
Employment of any person who is not a citizen of Tanzania and who does not have a lawful permit, pass, or certificate.
