Requirements:
Certificate of incorporation/registration;
Constitution and Trustee Deeds.
Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The profiles of the directors, compliance officer or principal officer.
Registrar's and evidence of the requisite technical expertise.
Business licence, or any other legal or regulatory registrations from the Authority.
Business plan.
Bank guarantees and other financial requirements.
Curriculum vitae.
Original certificate of good conduct

Apply for admission as a Member to the Exchange in writing
Specify the category of Membership.
Submit Audited financial statements for the past three years or a shorter period as acceptable to the DSE
Submit statutory declaration by the principal officer
